The Mississippi Law Journal publishes a weekly case briefing service that provides succinct synopses of the decisions of the Mississippi Supreme Court and Mississippi Court of Appeals, months before those opinions appear in regional reporters.
Briefs are written by Journal members and emailed to subscribers on the Monday after decisions are rendered. Subscriptions are $85.00 per year. Click here for a sample copy.
